Route Directions


  • Start at the Landing, just off Main Street.  Cross over the road to Hall Farm.


  • When facing Hall Farm, turn right and head towards the village centre.


  • Head past the stone cross and towards the church.  


  • Go through the church gates and around the far side of the church.  


  • Exit the church yard via the gates at the far left side of the yard.


  • Cross over the small bridge and turn left after coming through the new housing estate.


  • After crossing over the road to see the Pinfold, head back towards the Public Footpath sign pointing to the left.  


  • Follow this path past the old school.


  • At the main road, turn left, and continue along this road.  


  • At the next left follow the road all the way down to the end, and turn left again.


  • At the end of this road, turn right, and at the stone cross, head down Far Bank Lane.


  • At the end of this road, turn left and then at the end of this road, left again.


  • Head towards the start point along the main road.
